"Show Exchange Server Messages"?
Hi, I'm running Outlook 2003 on XP Pro at home, and have a question. One of my email accounts is an Exchange account for my job, and often I get one of those lovely balloons that pops up from the Outlook tray icon that says something to the effect of "Outlook is trying to connect to the Exchange server" (paraphrased, of course). This became rather annoying rather quickly, as it pops up many times during the day. I solved the problem by right-clicking on the tray icon and unchecking "Show Exchange Server Messages." That's a great solution, except for the fact that every time I close and restart Outlook, the "Show Exchange Server Messages" is re-checked again. Obviously this is the default view, but I'd like it to remain unchecked until I choose to check it again. Is there a way to do that? Thanks in advance for your help!
